21 vegan recipes to try this summer

Summer is here which means now is the perfect time to add a few new dishes to your weekly menu. Cooking is definitely one of my favorite things to do during this time because there are so many possibilities. Everything from Vegan fresh rolls, no- bake cookie dough bites, vegan macaroni salad and vegan potato salad, are all vegan dishes that make the perfect addition to any party big or small you’re having this summer.

Sometimes the vegan lifestyle can sometimes get a bad rap because many associate it with eats lots and lots of salads and tofu. But this isn’t necessarily true! There are an endless amount of possibilities to choose from when eating vegan and these recipes below are proof of that! Everything from Cauliflower BBQ wings, mushroom hot dogs, veggie burgers, and potato salad are all dishes that don’t have the word salad in them! See there is more to eat than greens. 🙂 And these vegan recipes are proof that you don’t need meat to enjoy an amazing summer party! 🙂
