30 Gluten-free Fourth of July dishes
Fourth of July is only a few days away and just because you aren’t having a large gathering doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy delicious dishes just with a smaller crowd. 🙂
Over my many many years of being gluten-free I’ve found that there is a preconceived notion around the gluten-free diet; it’s a pain to follow and the food is dry and crumbly. Now these two things are true on some occasions. It can be hard to follow and if not made properly the food can be dry. But only if you don’t add certain ingredients or in my case use olive oil to make brownies. 🙂 Yea, bad move, but hey, I learned and now am making 10/10 chocolate chip cookies, brownies, cakes and bread.
How I learned
Well it’s simple. Once you master how to bake using zanthan gum and the right proportion of liquids, you are all set! 🙂 It’s seriously that easy!
Check out these posts on my tips for baking/cooking paleo and vegan. FYI I am posting a gluten-free baking guide soon! So be sure to follow my blog so you don’t miss it! 🙂
But, sometimes it’s nice to not have to think about measurements and follow a recipe that you know is going to work! Which is why I have chosen 30 delicious and easy to make gluten-free recipes that will be the perfect accompaniment to your picnic table! Whether you are having a small gathering or a larger one, these dishes will be the perfect addition.

That is so cool, so much hard work! I remember you started in the summer a few years ago, and the date will be here in a few months, and you are still going!
