My favorite paleo foods you need to try! – blogmas day 14

December 14, 2020

This post has been in the making for awhile because I had to round up all my favorite paleo foods. All of these snacks, except 1 (it’s a recipe), can be found at your local food market. They are my go too’s every single day, I keep a stock of them in my pantry, and they are all VERY healthy so they’ll keep you feeling your best. 🙂

I have been following the paleo lifestyle for a few years now, not 100% but I do my best, and I have to say that it’s a lot of fun. Now of course some meals I eat are not paleo but I would say a good majority of them stick to those guidelines.

I decided to try the paleo life purely for fun and didn’t think much of it but after 4 years I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. My stomach issues are no where near as bad as they previously were and my skin is much clearer since I’m not consuming all that processed sugar! 🙂

There’s no individual ratings for these foods because every single one is a 10/10!

Hu chocolate

Julian Bakery Paleo thin coconut bread

Emmy’s Paleo bites

Note: This food is a recipe to make, but it’s my #1 favorite paleo mac & cheese recipe

Simple Mills Paleo Sea Salt Crackers

Birch Blender Paleo pancake mix

featured-Birch Benders Paleo Pancake & Waffle Mix - have-zoom-1
