The secret to making the Best Gluten free French Toast EVER! – blogmas day 11
French toast is hands down my favorite breakfast food of ALL TIME! The butter, syrup and crispy sweet toast, YUM YUM YUM! I don’t know how someone couldn’t like it! Since I like to consider myself a master of anything I cook/bake, I decided to take on the infamous French Toast to see if I could make this recipe the best yet. As you can probably guess, I did it!
I have tried this recipe numerous times, with numerous people and they all agree that it’s absolutely fantastic! What’s the secret ingredient you ask? Well, it’s not just 1 ingredient but multiple that make this recipe so great! First is the addition of vanilla extract. I am not sure why this goes so perfectly with the French toast but trust me on this! Second is using whole milk – coats the bread better. Third is the cinnamon. This gives the bread a wonderful spice.
