Oven Roasted Thyme & Herb Carrots – blogmas day 15
Last week while I was shopping at Trader Joes I came across their bag of multicolor carrots and this recipe idea came to me! So last night I quickly threw together these ingredients and was very surprised with how delicious they tasted!
Since Christmas is a little over a week away it’s time to start making your Holiday food menu and you definitely need to save a seat at the table for this dish. It’s easy to make, tastes delicious and is super healthy! Your family members will be reaching for more and more and more, so you best make two batches! 🙂
This recipe is very versatile so you can add more spices (your faves) or replace the ones I have with your own. Have fun!

- 1 bag of Trader Joes Multicolor carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- sprinkle of salt
- sprinkle of pepper
- 1 tbsp thyme

- Preheat oven to 400F
- Place carrots in a baking tray and add all spices and oils. Toss to evenly coat.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Once done remove from oven and serve immediately.
- ENJOY 🙂
