
Morning fruit & protein packed smoothie {GF, V, Plant-based, DF, Healthy} – start your day off right
One of my favorite ways to start my mornings off is with a smoothie. They are easy to digest, take minimal time to prepare plus they taste AMAZING! 🙂
The recipe I am sharing with you today is my all time favorite combination. The mixture of fruit with protein and greens makes this breakfast taste like vanilla cake, not kidding! The first time I made it I was like whoa, I think I’m onto something here. 🙂 Fast forward 5 months and I am still drinking the same smoothie every morning and fueling my days strong!
This smoothie is made with all my favorite fruits, veggies and what gives it that delicious vanilla cake taste is this orgain protein. I started using their products about 3 years ago and I have never switched to something different. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 5 blackberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit mix – mango, blueberry, banana, raspberry mix or your favorite
- 1 1/2 scoop orgain vanilla plant based protein powder (Vegan, No soy, No gluten, Non GMO) – Use code RUNNINGWITHT for 30% off your purchase from their site (on anything)!
- 1/2 cup oat milk or your favorite non dairy milk – add more or less depending on desired thickness.

Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until everything is well combined adding more oat milk is necessary. Top with granola, Chia seeds, flax seeds….. (optional). ENJOY 🙂
