Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 5 blackberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit mix - mango blueberry, banana, raspberry mix or your favorite

  • 1/2 cup oat milk or your favorite non dairy milk - add more or less depending on desired thickness.

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until everything is well combined adding more oat milk is necessary. Top with granola, Chia seeds, flax seeds..... (optional). ENJOY :)
