Gluten-free & Dairy-free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Banana bread was deemed the #1 comfort food of the pandemic and I can see why! It’s delicious, comforting and can be made so many ways. With chocolate, without chocolate, sprinkles, icing, blueberries, strawberries…. there are dozens of possibilities! And even though the pandemic is coming to a close and people are returning back to their normal lives, I’m still staying on the banana bread train!!! Who’s with me!?
A few weeks ago I posted a recipe for gluten-free & dairy-free banana bread and you guys LOVED it so I am very happy to be coming back with yet another SHOWSTOPPING dessert that is perfect for this coming Mother’s day or as nice slice of comfort food. 🙂 It’s not only gluten-free but is also free of dairy. I use my favorite dairy-free, soy free, nut-free, gluten-free, Enjoy life chocolate chips.
When making this dessert I highly recommend using ripe-overripe bananas. If your bananas are just not there yet then use my favorite trick found here to help speed up the process. It works like a charm EVERY TIME!
