GoNanas Gluten-free, Vegan, Nut-free Carrot Cake Banana Bread Review
About a year ago I was scrolling through Instagram and came across this women-owned baking company called Go Nanas which specializes in gluten-free, vegan, nut-free BANANA BREAD! They sell them in mix form and it only takes 2 minutes to prepare, pop in the oven and voila! So of course I had to try them.
Once my package arrived I quickly got to baking and was so surprised with how AMAZING these mixes tasted! I am all for baking from scratch, heck I even have a food blog which specializes in baking, but there are times where I just don’t feel like going through the process but am craving something sweet. 🙂 Enter GoNanas!
They sell 3 staple flavors, original, crackly and chocolate chip which are always in stock, and then once a month they have seasonal flavor drops with this month being CARROT CAKE BANANA BREAD!!!!!!! Last months was salted caramel, then red velvet. And for the Holidays they had gingerbread and pumpkin spice. Now, all these limited edition flavors, except pumpkin spice are currently sold out, but they are doing a restock of the carrot cake banana bread mix this Wednesday 3/31 so I wanted to give y’all a review on this flavor!
Note: They are also restocking salted caramel and red velvet, dates to be determined. Follow their instagram to stay up to date – Go_Nanas.
For my review on the staple flavors – original, chocolate chip & crackly check out my post here.
Carrot cake banana bread review
All of their mixes are gluten-free, vegan, nut-free & healthy!
Here is the list of ingredients in the carrot cake banana bread:
Ingredients: oat flour, brown sugar, white chocolate chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, tapioca starch, soy lecithin, vanilla, salt), carrot powder, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, allspice (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg).
My thoughts:
10/10! I’m serious, this banana bread is my all time favorite flavor of theirs yet and just might be one of my favorite desserts I’ve made. The inside is so soft and gooey and the taste of carrot cake really comes through making these bites PURE GOLD! They even added white chocolate chips to the mix. It’s not too sweet, not too heavy (on the stomach), but just right. 🙂 I highly recommend you try this flavor when it restocks tomorrow Wednesday March 30th because once it’s gone then it won’t come back.
And to make this even better, I have a discount code for you! You can use code RUNNINGWITHT to save 10% off your orders FOREVER!! 🙂
*I will earn a small percentage from your sale with my code. This code helps support me*

Did you know banana bread was deemed the #1 comfort food during the nationwide lockdown?! I can see why, it’s sooo good.
