Gluten free Valentine’s Day Oreos – using new Gf Oreo’s by Oreo!
Oreo recently released their new gluten-free Oreo’s and when I tell you I’ve been eating them up like crazy, I’m not lying! I just picked up another pack at the store a few days ago and have been making tons of recipes with them. Fried Oreos, Oreos baked in cookies and….. today’s recipe! Valentine’s day Oreos perfect for yourself, as a gift, or a special treat for that special someone 🙂

Or, if you’re looking to go the edible route this year then my at home Valentine’s day gluten-free, vegan & paleo all day menu post is perfect for you! And, you’re in luck because today I am sharing another recipe using my favorite gluten free Oreos are are perfect to add to the menu!
This recipe uses the gluten free Oreos by Oreo! Here’s my review of them- here! I used them for this recipe but if you can’t get your hands on them then any gluten free Oreo cookie brand will work for this recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pack of gluten-free Oreos by Oreo
- 1 pack of chocolate melts – either white or dark chocolate depending on preference or use a mix of both
- Red and pink sprinkles
- Pink edible pearls
- Red and Pink edible hearts
- Any other candies and/or cute Valentine’s day cookie decorations you want to add!

Directions
- Melt your chocolates according to the directions on the package
- Once melted stick a fork or knife into the side of your Oreo and dip into the chocolate, then lay down on a tray and decorate with your candies!
- Once all your cookies are decorated stick in the fridge (keeping them on your tray) for a few minutes until the chocolate is hardened. Take out, add to the box, add some Valentine’s decorations and you’re done!
