The best places & hikes to see fall foliage this season in the United States

September 28, 2020

Fall is officially here. The leaves are changing and the cooler weather is ushering in which means some of our favorite activities, pumpkin picking, fall walks and apple picking are finally upon up!

One of my favorite things to do during this colorful time of year is of course pumpkin and apple picking but taking hikes to see the fall leaves is definitely number one. A few years ago we took a trip to Bear Mountain, New York and hiked to the top which overlooks the Hudson River. It was such a beautiful day that I made it a goal to take 2-3 fall hikes a year. 🙂

So, I thought it would be a fun idea to take a virtual trip around the United States to see the best places to visit this Fall. Everything from scenic hikes to drives along fields, the world is truly a beautiful place. Get out of the house for an afternoon and visit some of these places that for many might be in your backyard. 🙂

Before getting into this post I did want to announce the exciting news that I have been waiting to drop for a few months now! An article was written about me and my blog for an online site and it would mean the world if you checked it out! Here is a link to it – Starter Story
