Gluten-free Pasta with Goat Cheese, Feta, Basil & Honey Mustard Dressing – Perfect Summer Pasta Salad

For the past few years my dad has been making this summer pasta salad recipe and so I figured it was finally time to share it on my blog! This recipe is a tried and true family favorite that is sure to become a staple in your life as well. It’s so easy to make and is the BEST dish to include at any summer gathering!

To make it all you need is goat cheese, feta cheese, olives, honey-mustard dressing, gluten-free pasta of your choise, basil and some pepper and salt. It comes together perfectly and the flavors compliment eachother so well!

Ingredients

  • Block of goat cheese
  • Block of feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup basil – chopped up
  • 1 box gluten-free pasta
  • 15-20 kalamata olives – diced
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Honey Mustard Dressing

Directions

  1. Boil water and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain water and run pasta under cold water until cool. Then add to a bowl.
  3. Add all your ingredients- chopped up basil, diced kalamata olives, pepper, salt, goat cheese, feta cheese, and however much of the honey mustard dressing you want.
  4. Toss until combined. ENJOY 🙂
