5 Must-Try Gluten-Free Fall Foods From Trader Joes (New Items)

September 28, 2021

I don’t know about you guys, but once September is here I am in the Fall MOOD! Not even this hot September weather NY is currently experiencing will keep me from enjoying my pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pancakes and baking apple pie! Who is with me, comment below. 🙂

Now that fall is finally here, let’s take in all the pumpkin, apple, & spice flavors that we can before it’s over! And one of my favorite places to shop these scrumptious finds is none other than Trader Joes. Their gluten-free fall section has only grown over the years and this year I think may be one of my favs. They have recently introduced…. oh wait, I’m not gonna tell you here, gotta keep on reading to find out what item have made it my HOLY GRAIL GLUTEN-FREE FOOD PICKS!

Here are my top 5 pics from this years Gluten-free Fall foods from Trader Joes

Gluten-free Pumpkin Bagels (contains egg)

The pumpkin taste in these is not overwhelming, it’s very faint, more spice then pumpkin. But, they are still so so delicious and a bagel toasted with vegan cream cheese is my go to right now!

They don’t contain any dairy but they do contain egg, so they aren’t vegan.

Gluten-free & Vegan Sunflower Butter Cookies

These were actually really good for being vegan and gluten-free combined. Normally I don’t like the taste of sunflower butter but these were pretty tasty. I will definitely be buying more of them in the future and love how they are also free from dairy & eggs!!!

Pumpkin Ice cream

This is one of my holy grail ice cream favors. It’s so delicious and creamy and tastes just like pumpkin pie filling but in ice cream form. Need I say more??? Definitely pop this delicious frozen treat into your shopping cart the next time at Trader Joes.

Pumpkin Spice Hummus

This is basically just pumpkin pie filling in dip form. Don’t let the word hummus turn you off from it because trust me, this is nothing like hummus. It was actually really enjoyable and is something I plan to keep buying for this season. I think it could make a delicious Thanksgiving appetizer with some crackers. I don’t think veggies would pair well with this because of the dessert like taste.

Gluten-free Pumpkin Pancake Mix

Hands down my favorite pancake mix I’ve ever had! Add some chocolate chips to these and you have yourselves the most delicious breakfast EVER! I’m serious. The pumpkin and spice taste is very faint but just enough to make these really quite enjoyable. Out of everything on this list, I recommend these the most.
