I made the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. These were a hit with the family. They did spread, so next time I would leave more room in-between the cookies when baking. Also, they fell apart when picking-up to eat. However, they were moist and not dry like some gluten free recipes tend to be. Great flavor and will make again. Thanks for the recipe!
