Hello bakers/cooks! It is time to get out your apron and start bakin!

Today I am sharing delicious gluten free Valentine’s day dishes for those with celiac or those who simply do not eat gluten.

There are many studies which say that avoiding flour is good for your digestion and the inflammation in your body. Flour is known to cause inflammation in the body which is not healthy for you. Therefore try cutting out flour for a week or two and see how you feel.
