Boo-tiful DIY Halloween Decorations
The Countdown is commencing to the spookiest day of the year – only 13 more days to go! If you are like me and love decorating the house for different Season’s then this post is for you! Today I am going to be posting Boo-tiful DIY Halloween decor that is going to make your house look spook-tacular! The best things about these decor ideas is that they don’t hurt your wallet, you can find mostly all of the items at the dollar store or Michael’s and they still look awesome!
I included links to where I found these pictures, if you click on the links they will bring you to a page where you can find the items in the picture. Some links will just give you one item from the picture and others will bring you to a full-page. If you have any more questions regarding this just leave a comment down below and I will respond.
Enjoy:)
Boo Pumpkins – the best thing about this mantle decor idea is that if you just take a few black leaves, some mini pumpkins (I use different colored ones), 3 medium-sized pumpkins painted white with “B” “O” “O” across them, and arrange them how you like, you are done!

2. Happy Halloween – this is one of my favorites. The decorations look so wonderful and are such a nice setup in your living room or wherever you set this up. You can use real pumpkins and carve them yourself or you can buy pre-made ones real or fake. The skeleton sign you can buy at Christmas Tree shops along with the bats and haunted houses.
Found From Pottery Barn Kids
3. White Brick – this set up is definitely more modern looking and for some it might not be what you are looking for but for others this may be perfect for you! This is definitely less complex than the other designs but it still retains the Halloween vibe! If you prefer you can just use all black items and skip out on the white or you can add a pop of color in a “trick or treat” sign.
Found From The Crafted Sparrow
4. Boo – the “Boo” letters in this design are battery operated but you can also use letter candles that spell out “Boo” for a cute design. The ghost lights can be bought at Christmas Tree Shops along with all of the fake pumpkins and the broom stick. If you prefer to use use real pumpkins just paint them your desired color.

5. Spooky – this is such a cute set up that is so easy to achieve. You can go to Michael’s or your favorite place and pick up some black picture frames to put your printed out Halloween images into (I printed out the ones shown in the picture) .The “spooky” sign can be handmade by using a plain banner sign and printing out the letters and gluing them on. And the white pumpkin can be fake or real and painted white.

6. All Hallows Eve – The background is all white so by adding the pop of color with these items really making the space look wonderful. This is such a beautiful set up and I did include bits and pieces of the look into my room and I have to say it looks AWESOME! I bought the clock at Michael’s along with the black birds and the tree limb. I had the candles lying around the house and I added some fake cobwebs to them to make the scene more spooky. I suggest using black, brown, or white colored candles because bright-colored one like yellow, red, or purple will not look as great. I also added an old bird-cage to the scene which I bought from Christmas Tree Shops.
Found From Country Living
7. Simply Pumpkin – this is such a simple design that really only needs different sized pumpkins. If you are not looking for such an elaborate set up then this is for you. I decorated our mantle with 9 different sized pumpkins – I kept the stems all straggly.
Found From Eat Cake for Breakfast
8. Hard Core – the name fits the picture. If you are a hard-core lover of Halloween and love the creepiness of this set up then this is for you! I found that most of the items could be found between the Dollar Store, Michael’s, and Christmas Tree Shops. I wish I wasn’t so freaked out to set this up because it looks awesome 🙂 !! The spook factor on this one is definitely a 10!

9. Bats – again such a simply design but it still looks very nice. Even if you can only afford a few bats you can still decorate your place to look great!
Found From Interiors by Sarah Langtry
10. Pumpkin Madness– I saved the best for last (at least in my opinion). This is by far my favorite design out of them all. It’s not too overboard and not too simple. I found everything in this photo at Christmas Tree Shops and in total it did not cost that much. You can use real pumpkins carved if you prefer but I don’t recommend it because they will not last long. If you are not comfortable with the open flame candles then you can use battery operated ones. I had one’s left over from christmas so I just spray painted them black, gold and gray and I was set. I added some fake cobwebs to the scene for my own personal touch and used large pieces of green felt which I found at Michael’s for the grass.
