Vegan & Gluten-free Shamrock Shake McDonalds Copycat - Easy & Delicious

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream - I used So Delicious
  • 1/2 cup Oat milk - or your favorite dairy-free milk
  • 2-3 drops mint extract you want mint NOT Peppermint. 2 drops for a faint mint taste 3-4 for a stronger mint taste.
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • Dairy-free whipped cream - I used a coconut milk whipped cream.
  • Green sparkling sugar for topping

Method
 

  1. Add vanilla ice cream, oat milk, mint extract & green food coloring to a blender. Blend until smooth, add more ice cream if it's not thick enough or more milk if it's too thick.
  2. Top with whipped cream & green sugar. ENJOY :)
