Paleo Whole 30 Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds of meatball mix check for no added ingredients - my grocery store sells the meatball mix premade but if yours doesn't then the ratio is one pound grass-fed ground beef and 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Bragg Liquid aminos soy alternative or this recipe.
  • 2 cloves fresh minced garlic

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F and grease a baking pan with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Mixing with hands is the best option.
  3. Take a cookie scooper and scoop out mixture onto greased baking tray. I made 18 meatballs. You can make them bigger if you prefer, they will just cook in the oven longer.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. ENJOY :) over your favorite paleo pasta with sauce.
