Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie baking tray with parchment paper or cooking spray
In a large bowl add almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt
In a separate bowl add coconut oil, oat milk, and vanilla extract, mix and then add to dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
Add in your chocolate chips, use more or less than the measurement I provided. If you like them extra chocolatey then use MORE!!!! :)
Bake for 8-10 minutes, don't go over because then they will not be as soft.
Let them COOL for 5 minutes before eating or else they will fall apart. Trust me, it will be worth the wait!
