Method
- In a bowl mix protein powder, coconut flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut sugar and salt together until a dough forms. Add in chocolate chips (optional).
- Using a tbsp, scoop dough into balls, roll in coconut sugar (optional), repeat with remaining dough. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden.
- You can also melt some enjoy life chocolate chips along with coconut oil and roll your bites in them for a sweeter touch.
