No bake protein peanut butter bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla Orgain protein powder - code RUNNINGWITHT saves you 30% or your favorite protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 7 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup enjoy life chocolate chips optional - to add into the dough or melt and coat your bites in.
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar optional for rolling

Method
 

  1. In a bowl mix protein powder, coconut flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut sugar and salt together until a dough forms. Add in chocolate chips (optional).
  2. Using a tbsp, scoop dough into balls, roll in coconut sugar (optional), repeat with remaining dough. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden.
  3. You can also melt some enjoy life chocolate chips along with coconut oil and roll your bites in them for a sweeter touch.
