No Bake Paleo, Vegan & Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

{4 ingredient dessert}

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Hu paleo chocolate chips I cut mine in quarters to make smaller.
  • Optional: More Hu chocolate chips for dipping bites in mix 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil, melt
  • Optional: Sprinkles

Method
 

  1. If cutting your chocolate chips in quarters to make smaller, do this step first.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, pop in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden.
  3. Optional: Roll in melted chocolate (Hu chocolate chunks with 1 tbsp coconut oil) or in sprinkles for added sweetness & color.
