In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients minus the chocolate chips. The dough will be very soft.
Once your dough is formed add in chocolate chips. If your dough is too soft and not sticking together then add in small amounts of almond flour at a time but be careful not to add too much.
Carefully form individual bite size cookie balls. This batch made 12 for me. (Refer to pictures if you need help with sizing)
Put in the fridge for an hour to help the peanut butter harden and then you can ENJOY :)
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
