Preheat oven to 425 F
Peel sweet potatoes then slice into less than 1/2 cm pieces. You can make then thicker for more of a soft chip or thinner for a crispier chip.
Lay on a baking tray, making sure to not overlap. I normally use 2 trays.
Sprinkle olive oil over all the potatoes. Generously sprinkle the chili powder and garlic powder on both sides depending on how much you prefer, I use around 3 tbsp of both. Then add pinches of salt and pinches of pepper.
Take your sweet potatoes and massage all the spices and oils into both sides -necessary to make sure each slice is coated.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, depends on thickness.
Remove from oven and eat immediately. ENJOY :)
