Method
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Peel your zucchini and slice into spears.
- In a bowl add olive oil then in another bowl combine bread crumbs, nutritional yeast & Italian seasoning.
- Dip zucchini spears into olive oil then into seasoning mix. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray, add coated zucchini and bake for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy with ketchup, mustard or your favorite dip.
