Ingredients
  

  • 8 mini potatoes
  • 1 tbsp thyme seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • A few sprinkles of pepper
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • Olive oil enough to lightly coat the potatoes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl add all ingredients, toss with potatoes until well coated. Transfer to a skillet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
