5 Minute, 5 Ingredient Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp sugar white
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup oat milk or favorite dairy-free milk alternative
  • 1/3 cup enjoy life mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and oat milk. Heat over medium heat until it boils, let it boil for 2-3 minutes until it thickens - stir occasionally.
  2. Add in chocolate chips, stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract.
  4. Eat right away or let refrigerate for 1 hr to cool. Top with fresh fruit (optional). ENJOY :)
