The other night I was in the MOOD for PIZZA! I didn’t want a frozen pie, so I went on the hunt for a shop that offered a GLUTEN-FREE pizza option, which is how I came across Sauro’s Town Square Pizza located in Patterson, New York.
One word- DELICIOUS! As a gluten-free eater, I am always trying new allergy-friendly goodies and as you know, when you find a reliable place, you are over the moon happy. 🙂

The crust was soft and fluffy and the toppings had a wonderful flavor. I even had to double-check it was #gluten-free because the texture of this pie was way better than I’ve ever found before. #awesome!
I ordered the gluten-free 12″ pie with roasted peppers and prosciutto.
Overall, I am very happy with this pizza cafe and I will definitely be back for more delicious food options.
