3 Ingredient Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Gluten-free, Vegan, Dairy-free, Paleo, Healthy, Easy
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 bananas very ripe
- 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips
- Optional: 1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F degrees
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper
In a bowl combine all ingredients in a bowl, using a tbsp measuring spoon, scoop dough onto baking sheet, lightly press down, repeat with remaining dough.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cookies are set and bottoms are slightly browned.
