3 Ingredient Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 bananas very ripe
  • 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1 tbsp cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees
  • Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper
  • In a bowl combine all ingredients in a bowl, using a tbsp measuring spoon, scoop dough onto baking sheet, lightly press down, repeat with remaining dough.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cookies are set and bottoms are slightly browned.
