No bake cookie dough bites

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp peanut butter - fresh with no added sugars oils or other ingredients. My favorite is to buy the no stir brands because they work perfectly with this recipe. Jiff, Teddy's and Earth balance peanut butter work great
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup *Add more if you want recipe sweeter
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup Enjoy life semi-sweet mini chocolate chips- if you don't have these replace with your favorite vegan mini chocolate chips


  • In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients minus the chocolate chips. The dough will be very soft.
  • Once your dough is formed add in chocolate chips. If your dough is too soft and not sticking together then add in small amounts of almond flour at a time but be careful not to add too much.
  • Carefully form individual bite size cookie balls. This batch made 12 for me. (Refer to pictures if you need help with sizing)
  • Put in the fridge for an hour to help the peanut butter harden and then you can ENJOY :)
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
