Raw Vegan Vegetable Spring Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • Wraps:
  • 6 rice paper wraps
  • 1/4 bag coleslaw veggie mix
  • 5 mini tomatoes
  • Hummus - Raw vegan
  • 5 small strips zucchini
  • Micro greens
  • Dipping sauce:
  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime

Method
 

  1. Wet rice paper and begin filling it by adding all your ingredients minus the mango and lime and making sure to leave a little room on the ends for rolling.
  2. Make your sauce by combining 1 mango without the pit and skin to a blender with the juice from one lime.
  3. Mix and serve with rolls ENJOY :)
