Gluten-free & dairy-free garlic bread

  • 1 pack of Udis gluten-free hot dog buns. You're going to use 4 hotdog buns from the pack
  • 1/2 cup earth balance vegan butter - softened
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic = 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil optional
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Separate your 4 hot dog buns and lay them next to each other on a baking sheet.
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until butter can be brushed onto bread.
  • Brush on bread making sure to cover the whole top and a little on the edges.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. If you prefer your bread less cooked and more doughy then bake for only 5 minutes.
