Paleo Whole 30 Meatballs
of meatball mix
check for no added ingredients - my grocery store sells the meatball mix premade but if yours doesn't then the ratio is one pound grass-fed ground beef and 1 pound ground turkey
fresh parsley chopped
+ 2 tbsp almond flour
Bragg Liquid aminos soy alternative or this recipe.

Preheat oven to 400 F and grease a baking pan with olive oil.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Mixing with hands is the best option.
Take a cookie scooper and scoop out mixture onto greased baking tray. I made 18 meatballs. You can make them bigger if you prefer, they will just cook in the oven longer.
Bake for 20 minutes.
