Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray
In a bowl combine oil and sugar (brown and white).
Add eggs, mixing until well blended.
Add mashed bananas, gluten-free flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix
Add in chocolate chips- stir
Scoop mixture into greased pan and bake for 65-75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center and top is crispy golden brown. Place a sheet of tinfoil over top after 1 hour of cooking to prevent excessive browning.
Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy. :)
