Avocado chocolate brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup - use 1/3 cup for less sweet
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Bonus: 1 scoop of paleo chocolate protein powder for a muscle boost!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a blender combine avocado, applesauce, maple syrup and vanilla
  • Transfer to a bowl and whisk in eggs
  • Add coconut flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, and baking soda, stir until everything is well incorporated
  • Grease a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper, scoop mixture into it and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Brownies will be light, fluffy, and delicious!
