No bake protein peanut butter bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla Orgain protein powder - code RUNNINGWITHT saves you 30% or your favorite protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 7 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup enjoy life chocolate chips optional - to add into the dough or melt and coat your bites in.
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar optional for rolling

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix protein powder, coconut flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut sugar and salt together until a dough forms. Add in chocolate chips (optional).
  • Using a tbsp, scoop dough into balls, roll in coconut sugar (optional), repeat with remaining dough. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden.
  • You can also melt some enjoy life chocolate chips along with coconut oil and roll your bites in them for a sweeter touch.
