Another stop we took on my recent trip to Arizona was this delicious restaurant called True Food Kitchen! They have multiple locations across Arizona which you can find here. They also offer a wide variety of allergy-friendly dishes including GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN, and VEGETARIAN. All their foods are whole, real foods that taste DELICIOUS and make your YUMMY happy!
I love finding places that offer allergy-friendly dishes because my mind is at ease because I can safely enjoy my meal without worry of being sick.

I ordered the Thai Peanut Noodle Bowl which contains spicy peanut sauce, glass noodles, Vital Farms pasture-raised egg, roasted mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and jalapeños + I added tofu. My bowl was VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE. My friend ordered the Wild-Caught Tuna Poke Bowl with regenerative black rice, avocado, roasted mushrooms, cucumber, jalapeño, edamame, citrus ponzu and Chef Matt’s Magical Dust. This bowl is GLUTEN-FREE.
Both bowls were FLAVORFUL, HEALTHY, and had DELICIOUS flavors from the rice and glass noodles. I love that you can add meat/tofu or leave it off. My bowl was pretty spicy, and I have a high tolerance for spice, so my nose was definitely clear. I love Thai food, so this dish was right up my alley! Everything paired GREAT together and I enjoyed every bite.
For drinks, we both enjoyed the Sparkling Prickly Pear Tisane Refresher with prickly pear, hibiscus and lime. It was tangy and sparkly and had the perfect combination of pear and lime with a hint of floral flavors.
Rating: 9/10
I wish there was more to the bowl. For the price, it was a small portion and I feel they could have added a few more spoonfuls. Nonetheless, it was yummy.
